everything in this video is on such a *_HIGH_* level - production quality, video editing, creativity, humor, dialogue delivery . . . it wouldn't matter to me if your videos were about cars or cooking or carpentry, I would enjoy them all the same - you just happen to make videos involving music and musical instruments and as a former high school band musician, I value them that much more . . . you set such a high bar when it comes to entertaining your viewers . . . there are *_SO_* many content creators who will *_never_* achieve what you do routinely do in your videos and in a sad way I'm glad, because without them I would not be able to fully appreciate how *_outstanding_* your videos are

I have 0 idea of this but I thought of some tips that could really improve the design. Adding a second lever for each lever of the strings that reverses the movement and with some leverage so its easier to push (instead of pull), you can place them over the actual strings instead of back there. You can also add gears to make the rings rotate at diferent speeds or just disable some. At some point you can ditch the way the string work and add a bump in the ring of the picks to elevate 1 pick at a time wherever you want, so you can play diferent notes at diferent speeds

you could add buttons for the strings and maybe a crank to get rid of the motor noises...

For reduce the noise you can - bigger the size of the pick (one of the noise come from the slap the pick done when it come back to is original position) - Shape the tip of the pick like the tip of spinning top (the edge cause noise) - Use better material (the plastic sound like ... plastic) - Ebony wood sound really soft, bone, buffalo horn, stone is my pref, but you can try Ultex, Plexy, epoxy or other thing.

The reason your Fusion crashed is because there's too many seperate objects. The picks aren't part of the actual design, so as long as the slots sre correct you don't need the picks in the design.

As a bassist who writes psycho tapping/slap pop tunes I've been blessed with great, open minded and enthusiastic guitarists my entire life...as well as a dead-pan sarcasm that leaves most completely lost on what I truly mean.
